Terms & Conditions

Effective from 27 October 2026 · NM Finserv Monk LLP

These terms apply when you use the Fimonk website, the Fimonk learning app, or join any Fimonk course, batch, workshop or placement-support program. By enrolling or using our services, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

"Fimonk", "we" and "us" mean NM Finserv Monk LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India, with its corporate office at Office No. 212, 2nd Floor, Kimatrai Building, 77/79 Maharshi Karve Road, next to Axis Bank, Marine Lines, Mumbai 400002, Maharashtra, India. "You" means the student, parent or guardian, college or organisation using our services.

2. Our services

• Training and exam preparation for NISM certifications.
• Career programs in Investment Banking, Wealth Management, AI in Finance and soft skills.
• Campus programs, workshops and corporate training for colleges and organisations.
• Placement support, as described in section 7.

Course content, schedules, trainers and formats may be updated from time to time, for example when NISM changes a syllabus. We will tell enrolled students about any major change.

3. Eligibility and your account

• Give true and complete details when you enquire, enrol or apply for placement support.
• If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.
• Your app login is for you alone. Do not share it. We may suspend accounts that are shared or used by more than one person.

4. Fees and payment

• Fees are as shown in the app, in our written quote or in your enrolment confirmation at the time you pay. Applicable taxes are extra unless stated.
• Payments are made through the Fimonk app or our payment partners. We do not store your card or bank details.
• Fees for college and corporate programs are as set out in the written agreement or purchase order for that program.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. NISM examinations

NISM examinations are conducted by the National Institute of Securities Markets. Fimonk prepares you for these exams; it does not conduct them or issue NISM certificates. Exam registration and fees are paid directly to NISM unless we tell you in writing that they are included. Your result depends on your own preparation and performance.

6. Use of course content

• All videos, notes, mock tests, slides and other material belong to Fimonk or its trainers, or are used with permission.
• You may use them only for your own learning. You may not record, download (except where the app allows it), copy, share, sell or upload them anywhere else.
• Breaking this rule may lead to your access being removed without a refund, and to legal action.

7. Placement support

Placement support may include resume building, mock interviews, interview preparation, sharing your profile with employers and arranging interview opportunities.

• No guarantee. Fimonk does not guarantee a job, a particular employer, role or salary. Hiring decisions are made only by employers.
• Eligibility. Placement support may depend on attendance, assessment results, completion of the program, any required NISM certificate and professional conduct. The rules for your program are shared at enrolment.
• Your consent. We share your profile with employers only for placement purposes and with your agreement.
• Your duties. Attend scheduled interviews, give true information to employers, and inform us of any offer you receive.
• We may stop placement support if a candidate gives false information, misses interviews without notice or behaves unprofessionally.

8. Conduct

In classes, the app and Fimonk groups you must not harass others, post offensive or illegal content, spam, promote other businesses, or share stock tips, trading calls or "guaranteed return" schemes. We may remove anyone who does so.

9. Education only

All Fimonk content is for education. It is not investment advice. Please read our Disclaimer.

10. Third-party platforms

Our app runs on a third-party learning platform, and we also use services such as YouTube, WhatsApp, payment gateways and website hosting. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Fimonk is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of income, investment losses or missed job opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to Fimonk for the course or program the claim relates to.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. You may stop using our services at any time; refunds, if any, follow the Refund Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The latest version will always be on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute through discussion. If that fails, the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Questions and grievances

Write to us with your name, phone number and course. We acknowledge messages within 2 working days and aim to resolve them within 15 working days.
