Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Fimonk collects, why we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.

1. What we collect

• Enquiry details: name, phone number, email, whether you are a student, college or trainer, the course you are interested in, and your message.
• Learning details: your app account, courses taken, progress, test scores and attendance.
• Placement details: resume, education, certificates and job preferences that you share with us.
• Payment details: payments are handled by our payment partners. We receive the payment status and order ID, not your full card or bank details.
• Website data: basic technical logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address and browser type. We do not use advertising cookies on this website.

2. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and help you choose a course.
• To give you access to courses, track progress and issue Fimonk certificates of completion.
• To provide placement support, including sharing your profile with employers with your consent.
• To send course updates, batch schedules and offers by WhatsApp, SMS, email or calls. You can opt out at any time.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

3. Who we share it with

• Service providers that run our website, learning app, payments and messaging, only as needed to provide the service.
• Employers and recruiters, for placement support, only with your consent.
• Your college, for campus programs that your college has arranged with us.
• Government or legal authorities, when required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your data while you are a student or are receiving placement support, and for up to 3 years afterwards for records, unless the law requires a longer period. Enquiry details that do not lead to enrolment are deleted within 12 months.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or update your data, delete it, or stop using it for messages and offers. Some data may be kept where the law requires it. To make a request, email fimonk.in@gmail.com.

6. Security

We limit access to personal data to people who need it for their work and use reputable service providers. No system is completely secure, so please keep your app login private.

7. Children

If you are under 18, please use our services with your parent or guardian's consent.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version and its effective date will always be on this page.

9. Grievance Officer

For any question or complaint about your personal data, contact the Grievance Officer, NM Finserv Monk LLP, at fimonk.in@gmail.com. We acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to resolve within 15 working days.
