• Our courses, videos, notes, social media posts and sessions explain concepts and help you prepare for exams and jobs.

• NM Finserv Monk LLP (Fimonk) is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser, research analyst or stockbroker, and does not provide those services.
• We do not give stock tips, trading calls, targets or portfolio advice, in classes, in the app, in messages or anywhere else.

Fimonk is an independent training provider. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for NISM, SEBI, NSE, BSE, AMFI or any other exam body or regulator. Their names are used only to describe the exams and subjects we teach.

5. Exam results

We work hard to prepare you well, but we do not guarantee that you will pass any exam or score a particular mark. Exam patterns and syllabi can change, so always check the latest details on the official NISM website.

6. Placements

• Placement support is not a job guarantee. Employers decide whom they hire, for which role and at what salary.
• Names of companies where our students have been placed are shown as facts about past placements. They do not mean those companies endorse Fimonk, and they do not indicate future results.

7. Beware of fraud

Fimonk will never ask you to pay to "guarantee" a job, and never offers stock tips or investment schemes on WhatsApp, Telegram or elsewhere. If anyone claiming to be from Fimonk does this, please report it to us at fimonk.in@gmail.com or +91 91360 78291.

8. Accuracy of information

We try to keep our content correct and up to date, but we do not promise it is free of errors. Fimonk is not responsible for decisions made on the basis of this information.
